RESERVATIONS POLICY

BENNELONG TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

Reservations Timings:

Reservations of 1-4 guests are booked on a 2-hour dining time with the table rebooked shortly after. Reservations of 5-6 guests are booked on a 2.5-hour dining time with the table rebooked shortly after.

 

Reservation Confirmation:

Once credit card details and/or payment is received, your reservation is confirmed and subject to our cancellation policies noted below.

 

Cancellation Policy – Bennelong Restaurant – Non Special Event Days:

Credit card details are required to secure all reservations at Bennelong. Should you cancel your reservation within 48 hours of the arrival time or fail to show for the booking, a cancellation charge of $210 per person will be incurred.

Group Dining:

Tables of eight guests or more in the restaurant will be required to dine from Bennelong’s Group Menu, a reduced three-course à la carte selection designed for larger tables.

 

Reservations between 5.30pm to 6.15pm:

Reservations between 5.30pm to 6.15pm during our pre-theatre early dining period are offered a slightly reduced three-course choice menu to allow pre-theatre guests to enjoy the Bennelong experience before the performance. A minimum of 1 hour and 45 minutes is required for the service of our three-course menu.

 

Dining with Children:

Children of all ages are welcome to dine at Bennelong under the careful supervision of their parent, guardian, or carer. We kindly ask children respect the other guests while enjoying Bennelong.

 

Safety Precautions:

Bennelong will follow the NSW Government Public Health Order directions in place at the time of your reservation. As such, our capacities, offerings and restrictions may be subject to change.

 

Gift Vouchers:

Bennelong and Fink gift cards are welcome to be used during reservations at Bennelong, excluding on special event days such as Valentine’s Day or New Year’s Eve, or other events that require pre-payment at the time of booking.

 

Accepted Payment Methods:

We are pleased to accept payment by debit, credit card, and cash.

 

Service Charge:

A discretionary 10% service charge is applied to all tables of six or more guests as a gratuity paid directly to our staff.

 

Credit Card Surcharge:

Please note, a variable surcharge will be applied to all EFTPOS, credit, and debit card payments.

 

Sunday Surcharge:

Should your reservation fall on a Sunday, a surcharge of 10% will apply to food and beverage prices.

 

Public Holiday Surcharge:

Should your reservation date fall on a public holiday, a surcharge of 15% will apply to all food and beverage prices.

 

Food and Beverage:

Please note, Bennelong does not permit outside beverages or food, including cakes, to be brought into the restaurant.

 

Special Promotions:

Please note, only one special offer or menu promotion can be applied per booking.
